This is hinomen, the mask of Hinoken. You can also make him talk by setting hinomen to Face Mesh in your avatar's lip sync. Now it also comes with "Haou" which can be used for shirt patterns, etc. The shader is designed to be used with MToon.
Basically, you can use it in any way you like, but please refrain from using Hinomen for religious or political activities, or any activities that may offend third parties. Also, please refrain from using Hinomen to misrepresent yourself as Hinoken.
