It is a gimmick that allows you to attach an item (3D model) to your avatar with VRChat. It can be installed and used in a world created with Udon (VRCSDK3). At VRChat, avatar fitting sessions are held frequently, but I didn't have many opportunities to try on 3D models such as accessories.
