Just tweaking sliders and many patterns are generated. You may attach this shader to Unity default plane or sphere,then cool decoration appears. Or you may attach it to your original 3D models, and it will be sparkle objects. "Fade out if you take distance" function is useful for barriers on end of your worlds.
