This is a basic tool for saving screenshots directly within Unity3D using cameras. It allows you to determine transparency, resolution, file naming, and even directly open the image as soon as it's taken. I originally made this tool for my own use, but I decided to clean it up a bit and make it available. I hope you can get some use out of this tool in your own projects!
