A variety of events have been canceled due to COVID-19. However, HIKKY decided to host this event with the strong will that we should not end the opportunities for indies music creators. Virtual space does not have “sounds” unless we create them. Sounds for voice chat and music are very important. MusicVket1 is born from users request to hold a virtual event themed with music. Visitors can enjoy meeting with 127 exhibitor groups and five music artists/exhibiting companies at the event.

 “What is MusicVket?”

MusicVket is a music convention in virtual space. A venue will be built on VR space and exhibitor booths will be located at the venue. Visitors can go around the booths, enjoy and buy songs, and socialize with other participants including exhibitors. The idea of each booth comes from a futuristic music player; Visitors can enjoy the songs with visual effects performance when they press a play button. The exhibiting items could be purchased as digital data or CDs through online shopping. The event can be accessible not only from VR devices but also smartphones and/or PC. The main feature of this event is that those who do not have much experience with VR can easily join and enjoy the event.
